Pupils in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur's primary schools have taken an active part in Sk\u00f3lahreysti, with great success. After five heats of Sk\u00f3lahreysti in spring 2022, Hraunvallask\u00f3li is among the five schools that have reached the final. On 4 May, schools from East and North Iceland will go head-to-head.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Two adventure trails in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur \u2013 the opportunity to train in the right environment&nbsp;<\/h4>\n<p>Two adventure playgrounds have been set up in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur in recent years.  <a href=\"\/en\/province\/news\/hreystibraut-opnud-a-horduvollum\/\" class=\"internal\">A large track at H\u00f6r\u00f0uvelli<\/a>  and another smaller one at Skar\u00f0shl\u00ed\u00f0arsk\u00f3li. The course at H\u00f6r\u00f0uvellir has 11 stations, including the start and finish lines, and features a net obstacle, a pipe obstacle, a monkey bars obstacle, a tyre obstacle, a rope tower, a skipping obstacle, a stone obstacle, a sack obstacle and a crawling obstacle. All these obstacles are designed to promote the development of stamina, strength and agility, and involve climbing, running and jumping, among other things. The primary school competition, Sk\u00f3lahreysti, takes place on a course similar to the one at H\u00f6r\u00f0uvellir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/img_3979-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_3979\" href=\"\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 2048px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 2048\/1366;\"><\/p>\n<p>The health town of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur installed the track in the summer of 2020, and it has been well-used.
