The two ladies have entertained the children and staff with chat, song and dance, but the main purpose of the visit, as is always the case with the residents of Slobtown, is to encourage exercise and a healthy diet.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/5o5a1117-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Five-O-Five A-One-One-Seven\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 2048px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 2048\/1366;\"><\/p>\n<p><sup>Solla Stir\u00f0a and Halla Hrekkjusv\u00edn visited the \u00c1lfaberg nursery school earlier this month. As you can see, their arrival and entertainment caused great delight.&nbsp;<\/sup><\/p>\n<h4>Latib\u00e6r is a health town, similar to Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur.&nbsp;<\/h4>\n<p>Latib\u00e6r is a great health town, much like Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur, and in their entertainment, residents have certain points and messages as a guiding principle, which they present to children in a variety of engaging ways. These points and guiding principles align exceptionally well with the health policy and objectives of the healthy city, Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Encourage children to move by demonstrating, without telling them.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Encourage children to eat healthy food<\/li>\n<li>Have a fun activity that everyone can take part in and enjoy.<\/li>\n<li>Use fun and rhythmic music that makes it easy to move to.<\/li>\n<li>Leave the group feeling positive and cheerful after the visit.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate the importance of being friends and doing things together.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Thank you to our friends at Latab\u00e6 for the health-promoting visits!&nbsp;<\/h4>\n<p>Latib\u00e6r received a grant from the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Town Council (in the council's second grant round of 2021) and from Fjar\u00f0arkaup to fulfil the dream of visiting all the nurseries in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur with a health-promoting and inspiring get-together.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/5o5a1216-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Five-O-Five A-One-Two-One-Six\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 2048px;
