Maintenance works at Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur's swimming venues, summer 2022 <\/h4>\n

On Monday, 27th June, maintenance work will begin at the Su\u00f0urb\u00e6jarlaug.
\nand \u00c1svallalaug, which affect the opening hours of the pools. Because of this, the opening hours at the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Swimming Pool will be extended and it will be open at weekends while the works are underway.<\/p>\n

South Bay Swimming Pool<\/a> <\/strong>\u2013 the pool is closing completely due to extensive maintenance and
\nnew construction. The opening of the swimming pool is planned for
\nstages around mid-August next year, all depending on
\nproject progress. Further details about the opening will be announced on the town's website when they become available.<\/p>\n

\u00c1svallalaug<\/a> <\/strong>\u2013 at \u00c1svallalaug the 50 m pool will be drained and therefore
\nSwimming pool closed for tile repairs. Other pools, hot tubs,
\nBaths and Fitness Gym Heilsu on the 2nd floor, open as usual.
\nAccordingly. The reopening of the 50-metre swimming pool is planned.
