Hafnarfjörður is advertising the multi-unit housing plot at Kirkjuvellir 12 for allocation.

The plot is 4,511.0 m²² with a size and utilisation ratio of up to 0.6. The plot is intended for up to 30 dwellings. The size distribution of the dwellings should be fairly even.

Price per flat: kr. 3,470,568, based on the total floor area of the building being 1,200 m².² If a structure is larger, payment must be made for the excess square metres in accordance with the applicable road construction tariff upon approval of the building plans. The road construction charge, based on the February 2015 construction index, is kr. 28,923 per m².
