Sports and leisure activities
In Hafnarfjörður, a wide range of sports and leisure activities are available for all age groups.
Please be advised that a new website for leisure activities has been launched. Leisure.is which lists the courses available in the capital region, where you can find all courses in Abler that are located in Hafnarfjörður. You can filter the listings by age and location on fristund.is, and booking of courses is done through Abler.
Summer courses run by the leisure service can be viewed in Vala's summer holiday. Courses that are outside these systems are advertised by the course providers themselves.
Information for course providers
Those who offer courses, hobbies or sports activities and use Abler, all registrations automatically appear on Leisure.is. Those who are outside Abler can use Whirlpool course registration, and the courses will also appear on fristund.is.
