49 Hjallabraut – extended deadline for tenders

The deadline for bids for the plot at Hjallabraut 49 in Hafnarfjörður has been extended to 12:00 on Monday, 23 August.

Development in a built-up area on the edge of a recreational area by Víðistaðatún

Permission is granted to build two two-storey terraced houses, one with three flats and the other with four, and three single-storey detached houses on the plot. This makes a total of ten dwellings, with one parking space provided for each house on the communal grounds. A minimum price of kr. 98,000,670 has been set for the plot, based on the BVT of June 2021. The minimum price per flat in a terraced house is kr. 8,881,965 based on 155 sq m, and for a detached house kr. 11,942,305 based on 185 sq m. Offers below the minimum price will be considered invalid. Bidders are encouraged to familiarise themselves with all available documents, including the site's detailed planning permission.

Tender for the plot, together with all supporting documents, must be received by 12 noon on Monday, 23rd August 2021. The tenders will be opened on the same day at the same time in the Council Chamber at Hafnarfjörður Town Hall.
