Zoning amendment
The Hafnarfjörður Town Council, at its meeting on 16 October 2019, approved the advertisement of a proposal for an amended detailed plan for the plot at Suðurgata 73, in accordance with section 1 of article 43, and to simultaneously carry out a local consultation on the proposal in accordance with 2nd paragraph of Article 44 of the Planning Act no. 123/2010.
The change consists of allowing the vehicle storage facility on the plot at 73 Suðurgata to be used, in whole or in part, as a studio/for holding courses.
The amendment proposal will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Department of Environment and Planning, Norðurhellu 2, from 13 November to 30 December 2019.

Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment, which must be submitted in writing to the Environment and Planning Department of Hafnarfjörður no later than 30 December 2019.
