The Book Club Page is a collaboration between Hafnarfjörður Library and the Youth Centre Hreiðrið.

Since It is unique among book clubs in that, instead of everyone reading a pre-selected book and discussing it, two theme-based questions are posed a week before the meeting, and participants are then asked to bring or talk about a book that they associate with one or both of the questions.

This book club is for young people aged 16-25 and will be Every other Tuesday at 5:30 p.m., sometimes at The Nest and sometimes at the library. The aim is to shape the programme and themes based on user input, and to offer various workshops and author visits from time to time.

Snacks on offer, always free!

The youth centre Hreiðrið is located in the Innovation Centre by the Stream, Skólabraut 3.
