Key responsibilities and duties:

• Providing service users with support with activities of daily living
• Stuðla að virkni og félagslegri þátttöku fatlaðs fólks í samfélaginu
• Follow service plans and procedures
• Virkja þjónustunotendur til vinnu og ýmissa tómstunda
• Veitir stuðning og fylgd í vinnu og virkni
• Other duties as described in the job description

Competency requirements:

• Experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Interest in the affairs of disabled people
• Knowledge of Icelandic is a requirement.
• Service-mindedness and positivity at work
• Interpersonal skills
• Initiative and conscientiousness

The condition is that the person has reached the age of 20 and has a clean criminal record.
