Notice of changes to the detailed plan for Kvistavellir 63 and 65, Vellir 5. The local council has approved that Kvistavellir will become a three-unit terraced house instead of a semi-detached house, and the detailed plan has been sent to the Planning Authority for review.

Town Council
Hafnarfjörður approved a proposal for an amendment at its meeting on 29 March 2017.
the zoning plan for the plots at Kvistavellir 63-65 and that the matter will be concluded in accordance with subsection 3.
Article 41 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010.

The change
consists of the plots Kvistavellir 63 and Kvistavellir 65 being combined into
A single plot. Permission will be granted to build a three-unit terraced house in place of a semi-detached house. Shape of the building plot
is altered, but its size remains virtually unchanged. The number of parking spaces increases by two. A new type of terraced house, R7, is defined. Otherwise

The change was announced in
in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 43 of the Planning Act 123/2010, from 17 January 2017 to 1 March 2017.
Comments were received from 5 parties and the local authority's comments on them have been
sent to the senders. The local council approved that Kvistavellir will become a 3-dwelling estate.
a terraced house in place of a semi-detached house, and the planning scheme has been sent to the Planning Authority for
Review.
