Change to the local plan for Einhell 9
The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfjörður approved at its meeting on 21 February 2017 to advertise a proposal for an amendment to the detailed plan for Phase 2 of Hellnahraun / Einhella 9.
The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfjörður approved at its meeting on 21 February 2017 to advertise a proposal for an amendment to the detailed plan for Phase 2 of Hellnahraun – Hafnarfjörður / Einhella 9, in accordance with Section 43 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010.
The change consists of extending the building plot at Einhellu 9 by 15m to the west, 3m to the east, and reducing it by 4m to the south. A new shared driveway with the plot at Einhellu 11 will be at the western end of the plot.
The proposal will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Environmental and Planning Service, Norðurhellu 2, from 08.08 to 23.09.2017.

Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment, which must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of Hafnarfjörður Municipality, or to the email address hafnarfjordur@hafnarfjordur.is no later than 23.09.2017. Those who do not object to the change within the specified deadline are deemed to have accepted it.
