Forty-five plots to be advertised for allocation in Skarðshlíð

Hafnarfjörður has advertised 45 plots for around 90
Flats for allocation in a new and sustainable housing estate in Skarðshlíð. The area
lies to the south and west of Ásfjall and is a sheltered area surrounded by vastness
natural beauty. In planning and design, a strong emphasis is placed on a holistic vision,
Sustainable design, a green appearance and a varied outdoor area.

This concerns four detached house plots and eleven
Detached house plots available for allocation. Individuals are given priority.
Allotment of the plots and you can view and apply online at „My
“pages" on the Hafnarfjörður website. An application for a plot will be considered at
a town council meeting once all supporting documents have been received. If there are two or more applications for
The same plot of land is drawn between applicants at a town council meeting.

Offers are now invited from legal entities for 25
Plots for two semi-detached houses, four terraced houses and three family houses. The plots have been marked out.
Minimum price for the plots, and offers below the minimum price will be considered invalid. It is possible to
View and apply online on „My Pages“ on the Hafnarfjörður website.
The offer for the plot will be considered at the council's meeting once all the supporting documents have been received.

All facilities in the neighbourhood will be exemplary, and as a testament to this, the first sod for Skarðshlíðarskóli was cut last autumn, and construction is now underway. The school will consist of accommodation for two parallel primary schools of approximately 6,800 m², a music school of approximately 480 m², a nursery school of approximately 760 m² and a sports hall of approximately 870 m², totalling approximately 8,910 m². The buildings will be designed according to the concept of universal design. This involves designing good solutions with equality and the well-being of all people as a priority.
