South Harbour, Hafnarfjörður / 25 Óseyrarbraut
At its meeting on 6 March 2019, the Hafnarfjörður Town Council approved the publication of a proposal for an amended detailed plan for the plot at Óseyrarbraut 25, in accordance with section 1 of Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010. This concerns an amendment to the detailed plan for the South Harbour in Hafnarfjörður.
Amendment to the detailed plan for Suðurbær Harbour in Hafnarfjörður / Óseyrarbraut 25
At its meeting on 6 March 2019, the Hafnarfjörður Town Council approved the publication of a proposal for an amended detailed plan for the plot at Óseyrarbraut 25, in accordance with section 1 of Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010. This concerns an amendment to the detailed plan for the South Harbour in Hafnarfjörður.
The zoning amendment involves an expansion of the building plot, and the plot's utilisation ratio will be Nh=0.4.
The proposal will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Environmental and Planning Service, Norðurhellu 2, from 8 May to 18 June 2019. The detailed plan proposal can be viewed here.

Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment, which must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of the City of Hafnarfjörður no later than 18 June 2019.
