Hamranes I – new-build area
New zoning plan
At a meeting of the Hafnarfjörður Town Council on 22 January, it was resolved to advertise a new detailed plan for Hamranes I, a new development area., for plots 6, 10 and 11 and plots 7, 8 and 9, and that the procedure shall be in accordance with section 41 of the Planning Act.
The proposals will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Department of Environment and Planning, Norðurhellu 2, from 07.02. – 20.03.2020. The proposals can also be viewed below:

Interested parties are given the opportunity to make comments on the draft local plan, which must be submitted in writing to the Environment and Planning Department of Hafnarfjörður Municipality no later than 20 March 2020.
