Who has the best-decorated house in Hafnarfjörður?
Residents of Hafnarfjörður and friends of the town are encouraged to put on their big Christmas glasses in December and send in a tip about the house in Hafnarfjörður that they think stands out in this year's Christmas decorations. The Cultural and Tourism Committee of the Municipality of Hafnarfjörður will choose the best-decorated house.
December is approaching and in Hafnarfjörður, the opening of the Christmas village marks the start of Advent, with the first day of opening being Saturday, 28th November. The town's residents have certainly taken up the encouragement to
decorate their houses and brighten up the short days, and now Christmas is fast approaching.
