The Christmas Magazine of Hafnarfjörður is currently being delivered through the letterboxes of residents of Hafnarfjörður and friends of the town in Reykjavík, Garðabær and Kópavogur. The Christmas magazine has the sole and true purpose of promoting the Christmas town of Hafnarfjörður to all interested parties, to visitors and passers-by, and to shine a light on the warmth and diversity that lies with the people and businesses of the Christmas town of Hafnarfjörður. The Christmas town has it all, especially when it comes to experiences, entertainment, shopping and services. A diverse, unique and distinctive range of shops and services has established itself in all the town's neighbourhoods over the past few quarters, and everything points to this development and growth continuing into the new year.

In the 2021 Christmas issue, you will find, among other things, a feature on alternative entertainment, fitness traditions, the unique community spirit, the House of Opportunities in Hellisgerði, family-run businesses, the Northern Lights, a magical café, tempting recipes, the importance of enjoying and relaxing, the heartwarming that opens in December, collaborative projects for the good of the community, and last but not least The Christmas village opens on the first weekend of Advent.. A visit to the Christmas Village and the Christmas town of Hafnarfjörður has truly become a tradition for many during Advent. This year's Christmas magazine covers this, among other things, but all the content has in common that it is part of the community and what makes the heart of Hafnarfjörður and its residents beat. The Christmas magazine is available at Fjarðarkaup, Firði Shopping Centre, the City of Hafnarfjörður's service centre, Hafnarfjörður Library, Hafnarborg, the Hafnarfjörður Folk Museum, and in the municipality's swimming pools.
