Brúarsmiðir invite parents and other interested parties to an open house at the Hafnarfjörður Library every Wednesday. There is an opportunity to ask questions, and to receive advice and support regarding children's schooling, leisure and sports activities, communication with schools, and the use of systems such as Völu, Mentor and Abler.
Bridge Builders are cultural mediators who work on behalf of the Department of Education and Public Health of Hafnarfjörður.
The service is free and no advance registration is required.
Support is available in Icelandic, English, Polish, Arabic and Spanish.
