  The meeting was attended by Ólafur Erlingsson from Verkís and Ólafur Helgi Árnason, Head of Office. The Executive Board instructs the Head of Department, in consultation with the lawyer Ólafur Helgi Árnason, to request clarification from Almennu verkfræðistofan hf. and the supervising authority.  The Executive Department is also tasked with submitting a report on the matter.;

• 0701027 – Outfall from the pumping and treatment station to Hraunsvík

  A report from Verkís, dated 9 October 2009, was presented regarding changes and improvements to the pump and treatment system of the Hraunavík station.

  Jón Bergsveinsson will attend the meeting and review the duties of property managers and their transfer to the Operations Department.

  Review the tender for waste collection in Hafnarfjörður. Ishmael David attended the meeting.
