  A memorandum from the Head Gardener, dated 24 April 2009, was presented.

  The Executive Council approves the proposal.;

• 0903127 – The town boundary between Hafnarfjörður and Garðabær at Hrafnista

  A submission from Garðabær, dated 11 March 2009, regarding the municipal boundary between Hafnarfjörður and Garðabær at Hrafnista was presented. The submission was referred back by the Planning and Building Committee on 24 March 2009.

  The Executive Committee concurs with the resolution of the Planning and Building Committee.;

• 0903249 – Hafnarfjörður Paintball Club, competition area

  A submission from the Hafnarfjörður Paintball Club, dated 27 March 2009, has been presented. The application is being handled by the Planning and Building Department, which referred it for the consideration of the Executive Board, the Family Board and the Environment Committee/Local Agenda 21. The Environment and Design Department's memorandum has been submitted.

  The Executive Board endorses the report of the Executive Department.;

• 0902262 – Hafnarfjörður Shooting Club electrical and water connections

  A letter from the Hafnarfjörður Shooting Association and a contract for the project were presented.

  The Executive Council refers the matter to the budget review.;

• 0702036 – Kaplakrika Sports Hall, construction works

  The answers to questions from the Executive Board meeting of 23 March 2009 were presented at the meeting. Project Manager Erlendur Árni Hjálmarsson attends the meeting and reviews the matter.
