  Taken up again. The Director of the Stage and Office of Planning and Building attended the meeting and presented the matter.

• Budget of the municipal fund and its enterprises 2012-2015

  Report on the work on the administration budget.

  $line$Bearing in mind the minimum increases in newly concluded collective agreements on the labour market, noting, inter alia, the minimum increases in newly concluded collective agreements in the labour market, that the reference salary is currently kr. 449,977 but will be subject to the following increases: - in accordance with the rules adopted in September 2006 on the remuneration of those serving on boards, councils and committees of Hafnarfjörður Municipality, it is hereby announced that changes will be made to the reference salary. The reference salary is currently kr. 449,977 but will undergo the following increases:$line$- 1 June 2011 increase of 4.25%$line$- 1 March 2012 increase of 3.5%$line$- 1 March 2013 salaries increase by 3.25%$line$$line$Representatives on a fixed monthly salary will receive a one-off payment on 1 December 2011 – kr. 50,000 and another one-off payment on 1 February 2012 – 25,000 kr. in accordance with the percentage of the fixed monthly salary relative to the reference salary.$line$

  The implementation of equality policy is reviewed, as the town council acts as the equality committee.

  The Town Council calls for an annual report on the implementation of equality policies from all departments of the City of Hafnarfjörður and for draft departmental work plans on equality for 2012.

• 1110190 – Town Council, site visits

  At the end of the meeting, the town council went on a site visit to Hafnarborg.
