  1. Part A of building permits

    • 1104019 – Tjarnarvellir 11, amendment to building permit, main building 01

      On 1 April 2011, Byr hf applies for a licence to alter the internal layout of space 0102, which is to be fitted out for wholesale. According to drawings by Sigurður Hallgrímsson, dated 28 March 2011.

      The Planning and Building Officer approves the building plans in accordance with Article 11 of the Buildings Act No. 160/2010. A building permit will be issued once the conditions of points 1-4 of Article 13 of the Buildings Act have been fulfilled.

  • 1104011 – Straumsvík, amendment to building permit, building 12

    Alcan in Iceland applies on 01.04.11 for an extension to annex 1A of the casting shed, in accordance with drawings by Sigurbjörn Kjartansson dated 21.02.11.

    The Planning and Building Officer approves the building plans in accordance with Article 11 of the Buildings Act No. 160/2010. A building permit will be issued once the conditions of points 1-4 of Article 13 of the Buildings Act have been fulfilled.

  • 1104008 – Straumsvík, amendment to building permit, main building 04, 40, 97

    On 1 April 2011, Alcan in Iceland applied for a permit for connecting structures pl2 and pl3 and for permission to widen the power tunnel in accordance with drawings by Sigurbjörn Kjartansson, dated 1 March 2011.

    The Planning and Building Officer approves the building plans in accordance with Article 11 of the Buildings Act No. 160/2010. A building permit will be issued once the conditions of points 1-4 of Article 13 of the Buildings Act have been fulfilled.

  • 11032744 – Furuás 17, retaining wall/staircase

    Óttar Karlsson applied on 29 March 2011 for a permit for a retaining wall and stairs on the plot boundary, in accordance with drawings by Pétur Björnsson dated 8 March 2011. Neighbour's signature also received; see documents.
