355 children ran in the Hafnarfjörður Cross-Country Race in the town centre of Hafnarfjörður on the first of May. Many promising runners were taking their first steps in the race, with the largest turnout in the youngest age groups.

355 children ran in the Hafnarfjörður Cross-Country Race in the town centre of Hafnarfjörður on the first of May. Many promising runners were taking their first steps in the race, with the largest turnout in the youngest age groups.

The athletics section of FH organised the run and offered those interested the chance to try shot put, long jump and sprinting before the run itself began. All competitors received medals, donated by the City of Hafnarfjörður, and the first competitors to finish in each category received trophies.
