At its meeting on 21 December, the Hafnarfjörður Town Council resolved to advertise the following planning matters in accordance with the Planning Act No. 123/2010:

Breyting á deiliskipulagi miðhverfis Setbergs, vegna Stekkjarberg 11

Breytingin felst í að gert er ráð fyrir að lóðin stækki og á henni rísi 26 íbúðir í þremur tveggja hæða fjölbýlishúsum. Einnig er gert ráð fyrir byggingarreit fyrir hjól og vagnageymslu.
