At its meeting on 9 November 2022, the Hafnarfjörður Town Council approved the publication of a proposal for a change to the detailed plan for the plot at Tinhellu 11 in Hafnarfjörður, in accordance with section 1 of Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010. This is an amendment to the detailed plan for Kapelluhraun, Phase 1. The proposal provides for the building envelope for Tinhellu 11 to be moved northwards, the car park to be moved southwards, and the plot's utilisation factor to be 0.5.

The proposal will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Customer Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Department of Environment and Planning, Norðurhellu 2, from 29.11 – 10.01.2023. The data can also be viewed below.

Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the proposal at the email address skipulag@hafnarfjordur.is or in writing to the Customer Service at Strandgata 6 no later than 10.01.2023.
