At its meeting on 11 May 2023, the Hafnarfjörður Town Council approved the advertisement of a proposal for an amended detailed plan for the plot at Tinhellu 3-9 in Hafnarfjörður, in accordance with section 1 of Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010. The amendment involves the consolidation of plots 3, 5, 7 and 9 at Tinhellu. A single building plot is established and the fixed building line is removed. The number of driveways is increased by one, the requirement for through traffic is dropped, and the footpath is moved to the southern plot boundary.
