Hafnarfjörður is inviting tenders for the industrial plot Norðurhella 3. The plot measures 2,283.2 square metres and a two-storey building, totalling 822 square metres, is planned. The building plot is 416 square metres, with a maximum of 32 parking spaces on the site. Norðurhella 3 is within the Selhraun South planning area, designated for light industrial activities such as service operations, clean workshops, offices, and agencies and wholesalers.
The deadline for bids is 11 a.m. on Friday, 27th October.
Tender for the plot, together with all supporting documents, must be received by 11 a.m. on Friday, 27th October. On the same day at the same time, the bids will be opened in the Council Chamber at Hafnarfjörður Town Hall. A minimum price has been set for the plot of land, which is kr. 28,492,164.
