Free entry and all welcome
The Kirkjuhlaup run by the Haukar Running Group and Ástjarnarkirkja will, as usual, take place in Hafnarfjörður on Boxing Day. Haukar Running Group and Ástjörn Church invite everyone to the annual Church Run, which begins at 10:00 with a short reflection in the parish hall of Ástjörn Church at Kirkjuvellir 1. The run will set off at approx. 10:30. Everyone runs at their own pace; the furthest distance is 14 km, but it is easy to shorten the route, for example by skipping Garðakirkja, which makes it about 10 km, or by shortening it at the Fríkirkjan.
It is also possible to arrange things so that everyone should find something to their liking.

After the run, hot chocolate and refreshments will be served in the Ástjarnar Church parish hall.
