Public lecture on cultural appropriation
A free online lecture on Teams about cultural learning, its origins and the impact it can have. It will also cover how we can learn to understand and respect people who face different kinds of barriers to ours, and avoid reinforcing stereotypes and prejudice in society. Sóley Tómasdóttir is an equality and diversity consultant. Her expertise is based on a decade of experience in management, politics and social analysis, combined with the practical application of academic research in the field of equality and diversity.
