Happy Mushroom Walk with Helena Marta

Mushroom foraging and a walk by Lake Hvaleyrarvatn. Meet at the western end of Lake Hvaleyrarvatn. 

 It is important to know what the first steps are when setting off on a mushroom foray.  

Forestry ecologist Helena Marta Stefánsdóttir leads the mushroom walk. She will talk about the important points to consider if you want to use wild mushrooms found in Iceland for food.
