„With sun in the heart“ – A photography exhibition on an LED screen at Fjarðarkaup during Museum Night. 

In collaboration with Fjarðarkaup and Ledbirtingu, Fókus, the society of amateur photographers, will be holding a photo exhibition on the Fjarðarkaup billboard on Museum Night, this coming 6th February.

These are photographs of Fókus members that are shown on the billboard in the Fjarðarkaup car park. It will be a sort of drive-in cinema, at the start of every hour.

The screenings start at: 18:00, 19:00, 20:00, 21:00, 22:00 and 23:00 and last for 15 minutes, followed by three quarter-hours of standard adverts. At the start of the next hour, the next 15-minute rotation of the images begins again, and so on.

We would also like to point out the photography exhibitions that Fókus is holding at the Reykjavík Photograph Collection. „”SHOT in Focus 2026“. There will be seven themed exhibitions this year; the current exhibition is ”Movement". We encourage people to pop into the museum.
