A horror film by 12-13 year old friends at Lækjarskóli – next on the drawing board
The horror film “The Myth” is written, directed and acted by 12-13 year old friends from Lækjarskóli in Hafnarfjörður. The boys behind the film are Eiríkur Skorri, Jóhannes Ólafur, Rökkvi, Valtýr Leó, Veigar Orri, Viðar Már, Gunnar Logi, Jakob, Dagur, Rúnar Logi, Sigursteinn Nói and Ágúst. The film will have its premiere at Bæjarbíó on 7 November at 8 p.m. Please note that the film is not suitable for children under the age of 10.

The boys' next film is already in the works. A special account has been set up as a fund for the friends to finance props and other incidental costs that inevitably arise from making a film. Everyone is welcome to support and encourage these young, up-and-coming Hafnfirðingar in their future filmmaking.

About the horror film
„The Myth“ is a creature with powers that are used for evil. The boy Harry came into contact with the creature when it killed some of his friends once. Harry tells his friends about the evil creature, but no one believes him. He therefore wants to prove the existence of „The Myth“, but then many terrible things happen that no one could have imagined. Showed with English subtitles!
