Feedback portal on the town's services – your opinion, please!

How have you found the town's services?

The Municipality of Hafnarfjörður has embarked on a project, in partnership with Capacent, which aims to improve service and efficiency in the municipality's operations and management. Consultants from Capacent are currently working on an analysis, which is the first step of the project. This involves, among other things, gaining insight into the experience of the service's users, namely the town's residents and other stakeholders. The review specifically focuses on analysing the strengths and weaknesses of the council's services. In this context, it examines how the council organises the delivery of its services and how its procedures and technology support the goal of providing residents with good service. 

A special feedback portal has been opened.

A dedicated feedback portal has been opened for this purpose, which will be open from 12 November to 20 November. Tell us a story or description of your experience with the services of the City of Hafnarfjörður that you believe could be used in this project. Describe your experience and impressions of the City of Hafnarfjörður's services, highlighting both exemplary aspects and areas that could be improved. We want to hear from everyone who contacts the municipality. 

Public meeting about the services of the City of Hafnarfjörður

An open public meeting is being called regarding the services of the City of Hafnarfjörður. 

Residents of Hafnarfjörður are encouraged to attend an open public meeting where Capacent will lead discussions, collecting suggestions and proposals for improvements from residents and those who use the council's services. 

The meeting will be held at Lækjarskóli on Tuesday, 20th November from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.
