 Public auction – pre-qualification

The Municipality of Hafnarfjörður invites applications for participation in a restricted tender for the design and construction of a school in Skarðshlíð, Hafnarfjörður.

The school consists of buildings for two parallel primary schools, covering approximately 6,710 m².², music school approx. 470 m², nursery about 750 m² and a sports hall of about 870 m², a total of about 8,800 m².

The school is planned to be built in three phases with the following completion dates:

• Stage 1, 1,500 m²       15 June 2018
• Stage 2, 4,000 m²       15 June 2019
• Stage 3, 3,300 m²       15 June 2020

The number of participants will be limited to five, and if there are more applicants, a draw will be held among those deemed eligible. The deadline for applications and the opening of applications for participation is Friday 3 March 2017 at 11:00.
