Change to the detailed plan for Phase 2 of Hellnahraun in Hafnarfjörður – Einhella 4
The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfjörður approved at its meeting on 20 March 2018 a proposal for a revised detailed plan for the plot at Einhelja 4 and that the procedure shall be in accordance with 1. subsection of Article 43 of the Planning Act no. 123/2010. This concerns an amendment to the detailed plan for Phase 2 of Hellnahraun in Hafnarfjörður.
The zoning plan amendment involves the enlargement and alteration of the building envelope for the plot at Einhellu 4.

The proposal will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre, Strandgata 8-10, and at the Environmental and Planning Service, Norðurhellu 2, from 25 April to 6 June 2018.
Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment. These must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of Hafnarfjörður Municipality no later than 06.06.2018. Those who do not submit objections to the amendment within the specified deadline will be deemed to have consented to it.
