Amendment to the detailed plan for Skarðshlíðar 3rd Phase, Hafnarfjörður.
The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfjörður approved at its meeting on 3 April 2018 to advertise a proposal for an amended detailed plan for Skarðshlíðar 3rd Phase in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010.
The amendment proposal reduces the number of detached house plots and instead emphasises mixed-use development. The number of dwellings has been increased from 88 to 120. In addition, a proposal is made to amend the layout and shape of the building plots.

The proposals will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Environmental and Planning Services, Norðurhellu 2, from 23 April 2018 to 4 June 2018.

Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment, which must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of Hafnarfjörður Municipality no later than 4 June 2017. Those who do not submit comments on the amendment within the specified deadline will be deemed to have consented to it.
