Local council decision: Fornubúðir 5
At its meeting on 11 September 2024, the Hafnarfjörður Town Council approved an amendment to the 2013–2025 Master Plan for Hafnarfjörður, in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 36 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010. The amendment consists of a textual change to the explanatory report, authorising a change to the conditions for the M7 central area for the plot Fornubúðir 5.
Amendment to the Master Plan of Hafnarfjörður approved: Fornubúðir 5
At its meeting on 11 September 2024, the Hafnarfjörður Town Council approved an amendment to the 2013–2025 Master Plan for Hafnarfjörður, in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 36 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010. The amendment consists of a text change to the explanatory report, authorising a change to the conditions for the M7 central area for the plot Fornubúðir 5. The M7 area is designated for businesses and institutions related to the harbour, fisheries, marine research and services. The proposed amendment to the 2013-2025 Master Plan for Hafnarfjörður for Central Area M7 provides for the permission of residential units in the area as well.
