Ásvallabraut – Open House
Open house regarding the amendment to the 2013-2025 master plan for Hafnarfjörður and the new detailed plan for Ásvallabraut.
An open house will be held on Monday, 5 February 2018 at Norðurhellu 2, 221 Hafnarfjörður, where the proposal for an amendment to the Master Plan of Hafnarfjörður can be viewed. The change consists of replacing two connecting roads south of the current settlement with a single road, Ásvallabraut, and altering its route so that it connects to Kaldárselsvegur and Elliðavatnsvegur via a roundabout below Hlíðarþúfurnar. The connection to Ásland 3 will be removed.
At the same time, you will be able to familiarise yourself with the new detailed plan for Ásvallabraut. You will be able to get answers to questions relating to this planning process from the Environmental and Planning Service.
Due to a procedural flaw in the advertisement of the Ásvallabraut detailed plan, it must be re-advertised, but the comments received in May are still fully valid.
