Neighbourhood consultation – South Harbour
The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfjörður, at its meeting on 4 October 2016, approved the local notification of a proposal for a minor amendment to the detailed plan for Suðurhöfn. Written comments are requested by 16 November.

amendment to the detailed plan for Suðurhöfn in Hafnarfjörður in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 44.
Planning Act No. 123/2010.
The change consists of concreting a pavement from the property boundary.
Óseyrarbrautar 3 and 5 to the plot boundaries
1 Óseyrarbrautar and 2 Hvaleyrarbrautar. A curved kerb is cast on the corner.
Óseyrarbrautar and Fornubúðar, filled in with gravel and perhaps planted.

The existing terms and conditions for the area will continue to apply.
The outline plan will be subject to local consultation from 19 October to 16 November 2016.

Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity.
to make comments on the amendment and they shall be submitted in writing to
Environmental and planning services of the City of Hafnarfjörður, Norðurhellu 2, no later than 16 November
2016. Those who do not make comments on the change within the specified deadline,
are considered to agree with her.
