The Library's Advent Calendar – the town and its atmosphere
This year, the Hafnarfjörður Library is offering a brand-new, original Christmas calendar. The calendar consists of 18 parts, and they are based on weekdays so that they can be used in teaching. In the episodes, the Reading Lemur, the mascot of the children's and young people's department, has to find the library again after being stolen by a greedy seagull. The main landmarks and features of the town are touched upon, as well as its folklore and traditions that have shaped its character.
