It has been agreed to publish a planning statement for Kaldársel, Kaldárbotna and Gjárnar. When work on the preparation of a detailed plan begins, the local council shall prepare a description of the planning project.
Planning statement for the detailed plan for Kaldársel, Kaldárbotnar and Gjárnar
At a meeting of the Hafnarfjörður Town Council on 25 May 2016, it was resolved to publish a planning statement for Kaldársel, Kaldárbotnar and Gjárnar. When work on the preparation of a detailed plan begins, the local council shall prepare a description of the planning project, which shall state the council's priorities for the detailed plan and provide information on the basis, existing policies and the proposed planning process, such as public consultation and engagement during the planning process with residents and other stakeholders.
