Parents of children starting primary school this autumn received a letter home before the weekend, kindly asking them to confirm their registration at a specific primary school online. My Pages and provide all relevant information at the same time, such as email addresses, telephone numbers and so on. Registration must take place no later than 31 March.
Each primary school's website provides good information about the school's work and priorities. We encourage parents to look at their child's school website – See an overview of all primary schools in Hafnarfjörður HERE. Parents can also contact the school to arrange a visit. The school will introduce its work to parents closer to the time.
A special play scheme for prospective Year 1 pupils will be held at the school from 10 to 18 August. Registration for this also takes place online at My Pages
The school term will begin on 22 August, but the exact time will be announced later.
Enrolment for the after-school club, which is intended for pupils in Years 1-4 after the end of the school day and on school organisation days during the school year, takes place online at My Pages.Registration opens on 20 May and runs until 1 July for the Autumn Term 2017.
