Hafnarfjörður is inviting tenders for the design and consultancy for the building and site of the proposed care home at Sólvangur.
The Municipality of Hafnarfjörður invites tenders for the design and consultancy for the building and grounds of the proposed Care Home at Sólvangur. The building is estimated to be 3,900 square metres and the plot approximately 5,000 square metres; bidders are also required to connect the new building to the existing care home.
Appendix 1 has been sent out.
Tender documents will be issued from the Hafnarfjörður Municipal Service Centre, Strandgata 6, Hafnarfjörður.
Tender submissions must be returned to Norðurhellu 2, 221 Hafnarfjörður, by 2 p.m. on Tuesday, 19 January 2016.
