Design and consultancy for Sólvang

Hafnarfjörður is inviting tenders for the design and consultancy for the building and grounds of the proposed Care Home at Sólvang. The building is estimated to be 3,900 square metres and the plot approximately 5,000 square metres. Bidders are also required to provide a price for the design of alterations to the existing Sólvang building.
Tender documents will be issued from the Hafnarfjörður Municipal Service Centre, Strandgata 6, Hafnarfjörður.
Tender submissions must be returned to Norðurhellu 2, 221 Hafnarfjörður, by 2 p.m. on Tuesday, 19 January 2016.
