Electronic delivery of payment slips – a new arrangement

From 1 August, all payment slips from the City of Hafnarfjörður will be published online only. The slips will be available under 'Online Statement / Electronic Documents' in your online banking. A corresponding charge will be created in your online banking at the same time as the slips are published.

From 1 August, the Municipality of Hafnarfjörður will move all its payment slips to an electronic format, thereby ceasing the printing of invoices. The decision is primarily based on environmental considerations, but the new system will also increase the speed and reliability of the service. We thank residents and all those who receive payment slips from the municipality for their understanding.
