Einarvellir 3

The Municipality of Hafnarfjörður is advertising the multi-family housing plot at Einivellir 1-3 for allocation.

The plot measures 6,967 m² with a maximum utilisation ratio of 0.6. The plot is intended to accommodate up to 45 dwellings in three buildings. The distribution of dwelling sizes should be fairly even.

Price per flat: kr. 3,484,642, based on the total floor area of the building, 4,180 m². If the structure is larger, payment for excess square metres must be made in accordance with the current road construction tariff upon approval of the building plans. The road construction charge for excess square metres is kr. 29,836 per m². The above prices are based on the construction index of July 2015.
