A happy moment in the cave by Helgafell

Let's experience nature together in a unique way in a secret cave in the countryside near Hafnarfjörður. We are going to have a magical time together in this beautiful cave, listening to gentle tunes and singing mantras and Icelandic songs that we all know and love. We will then end the session with a magical sound bath like no other. As the tones echo through the cave, it is as if the earth itself is joining in the creation, resulting in something indescribably powerful.

We'll meet at the car park for the walking trail to Helgafell and walk from there a very short distance to a well-hidden cave.

You will be able to buy a cup of 100% pure cacao, which comes all the way from the rainforests of South America.

We encourage people to come well-dressed and with a cushion or something else to sit on that can get dirty.

Eygló and Laufey from Karmad, in collaboration with the Healthy Town of Hafnarfjörður, are leading a Happiness Hour in Helli at the foot of Helgafell. Space is limited and registration is therefore required by email to karmad@karmad.is
