On Museum Night, most museums in the capital region open their doors late into the evening and offer visitors a variety of exhibitions and events. Hafnarfjörður's cultural institutions – the Library, the Folk Museum and Hafnarborg – also welcome visitors as usual with a varied and lively programme. Entry to all the museums and all events is free for the evening.
