Hafnarfjörður Tennis Club invites guests of all ages to a fun and family-friendly event where tennis, exercise, socialising and fun are the main focus. Whether you've never held a tennis racquet or are a seasoned player, this is a fantastic opportunity to get to know the sport and the club's activities.

13:00 – Event opened
Guests are welcomed and the activities of the Hafnarfjörður Tennis Club are presented.

13:15 – Tennis demonstration
The club's performance and competition players demonstrate exciting shots, techniques and plays.

2 pm – Try tennis
Children, young people and adults get the opportunity to step onto the court and try tennis under the guidance of coaches and club members.

15:00 – Health promotion and physical activity
An introduction to the positive effects of tennis on health, fitness and well-being.

3:30 pm – Tennis matches and entertainment
Fun challenges, light-hearted games and activities for all ages.

4pm – Barbecue and community
A barbecue and a pleasant get-together will be offered for guests, families and friends of the association.
