Hypnotic Relaxation for Happiness
Hypnotic relaxation is a guided deep relaxation that involves the hypnotist relaxing the group into a pleasant state of relaxation, similar to Yoga Nidra. In this relaxed state, it is possible to work with the subconscious mind and make wonderful changes, such as releasing anxiety, stress and tension, and increasing happiness, depending on the aim of the relaxation.
During the relaxation, we direct our attention to positive thoughts and to the things that bring us joy and happiness in life. We use positive affirmations and our imagination to create greater happiness for ourselves. This method can be useful for tackling anxiety, depression, sleep problems, addictions of all kinds, chronic pain and other mental health issues.
Our mind is divided into the conscious and the subconscious. We are only aware of 5% of what happens in our mind, and the rest is in the subconscious. This is why it is often difficult to make changes (even if we have already made a decision in our conscious mind), as in the subconscious mind there are programmes, values, beliefs and more that do not have the same intentions. The time with Jennýju helps us to access the subconscious mind.
