Happy MiniMelodica in Hellisgerði
Saturday, 27th September at 5 p.m.
Happy music in the Melody Tent in Hellisgerði
All will be set up in the Melodic Tent, where three acts will perform.
The event is the first pop-up event in connection with the Melodica Festival Hafnarfjörður festival. The festival will continue to be on the spring programme at Ægi 220, but from time to time pop-up events will appear in collaboration with the City of Hafnarfjörður.
In the Melodic Tent on Saturday, beautiful, unamplified tones will ring out for visitors and passers-by.
Featuring:
Krissi
Krissi released his first song last year, entitled "10 km." He has plenty in store and will play songs from his own repertoire, both old and new. The themes are usually closely connected to Hafnarfjörður and its residents, making Hellisgerði the ideal venue.
Boy
Sveinn Guðmundsson will play songs from his albums „For Mr Spock, MacGyver and Me“, „Office Plant“ and „Time and the Tea Water“, alongside brand-new material. Sveinn writes about old television programmes, hot drinks, long meetings and himself.
Tryggvi
The musician Tryggvi has attracted attention for his folk-tinged music and mellow voice in recent years. The song 'Allra veðra von' was released in 2019 and has been popular on radio stations ever since. There are undoubtedly many people waiting for more material from Tryggvi, who has not been very active in releasing new music until now.
The tent will be located in front of the stage in Hellisgerði, with good wheelchair access from Reykjavikurvegur. All welcome!
